[The Bio]

Across Fortune 500 companies, federal agencies, startups, and global nonprofits, Christy has helped leaders align strategy, strengthen performance, and move forward when the stakes are real. She has launched consulting practices from inception, built university–venture accelerators that supported new entrepreneurial growth, and led enterprise transformations impacting more than 40,000 people. Her background, uniquely combineseconomic development, venture ecosystems, innovation, consulting strategy and product development.

She has aligned executive teams across 40+ markets, guided workforce reinvention efforts that reduced costs while preserving talent, and helped organizations translate strategy into disciplined action. She has operated at the center of executive decision-making—aligning leadership and scaling new growth.

Christy’s work is intentionally multidisciplinary, spanning financial services, technology, utilities, and government. This breadth allows her to offer a truly objective, cross-domain perspective detecting patterns and utilizing unique problem solving. She architects the diagnostics, frameworks and applications to move forward with a strategic lens grounded in reality.

Across her career, Christy has led complex initiatives at the intersection of innovation, leadership, and social impact. Her global experience includes work in Haiti, Northern Ireland, Mexico, and Belize. She’s led efforts that secured millions in both private and congressional support for global health initiatives, conflict recovery, community development, leadership capacity building, and systems-level change. These experiences inform her continued interest in applying innovation and technology to strengthen social infrastructure and expand access to opportunity in diverse contexts.

Through InCioX, Christy partners with executives, founders, and boards at inflection points—helping them see clearly, decide confidently, and move forward with discipline.

She splits her time between Southern California’s Pacific coast and Florida’s Gulf Coast.
